VIOVELLA hesabınızı uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Hesabımı Sil üzerinden veya aşağıdaki e-posta düğmesiyle talep göndererek silebilirsiniz.
Kimlik doğrulama hesabı; profil ve tercihler; gardırop, manken, koleksiyon, butik katalog/CRM ve randevu kayıtları; yüklenen müşteri/lead fotoğrafları; AI istekleri, sonuçları ve kullanıcıya bağlı önbellekler; herkese açık paylaşım kayıtları ve görselleri; yönlendirme ve kullanım verileri silme işinde kapsanır. RevenueCat abone kaydı için de silme isteği yürütülür. Zorunlu bir depolama veya sağlayıcı adımı başarısız olursa işlem başarı sayılmaz ve yeniden denenir.
Vergi, muhasebe, ödeme uyuşmazlığı ve sahteciliğin önlenmesi yükümlülükleri nedeniyle gerekli işlem/ödeme defteri kayıtları doğrudan silinmez; hesap kimliği geri döndürülemez bir takma kimlikle değiştirilir ve gereksiz profil alanları kaldırılır. Bu kayıtlar yasal saklama yükümlülüğü kapsamında en fazla 10 yıl tutulabilir. Apple, Google Play, iyzico ve diğer ödeme sağlayıcıları kendi yasal saklama sürelerini ayrıca uygular.
Doğrulanmış talepler normalde 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır; yasal veya teknik olarak gerekli ek süre varsa bilgi verilir.
Hesap silme, mağaza aboneliğinin otomatik yenilenmesini her zaman durdurmaz. Google Play'de: Play Store → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler → VIOVELLA → Aboneliği iptal et. Apple App Store veya web üzerinden satın aldıysanız ilgili satın alma kanalında ayrıca iptal edin.

You can delete your VIOVELLA account either from Settings → Delete My Account inside the app or by sending a request using the email button below.
The deletion process covers the authentication account; profile and preferences; wardrobe, mannequin, collection, boutique catalog/CRM and appointment records; uploaded customer/lead photos; user-linked AI requests, outputs and caches; public-share records and assets; referral and usage data; and the RevenueCat subscriber deletion request. A required storage or provider failure is retried and is never reported as successful.
Transaction/payment ledger records required for tax, accounting, payment disputes, and fraud prevention are not blindly erased. Account identifiers are replaced with a pseudonymous identifier and unnecessary profile fields are removed. These records may be retained for up to 10 years where required by law. Apple, Google Play, iyzico, and other payment providers apply their own legally required retention periods.
Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will notify you if a lawful or technically necessary extension applies.
Deleting an account may not stop store subscription renewal. On Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → VIOVELLA → Cancel subscription. If purchased through Apple App Store or the web, cancel separately in that purchase channel.
